Within each placement experience that I have undertaken over the past three and a half years, and throughout my own two years of teaching experience within South East Asia, I have always maintained a curious, nonjudgmental attitude towards teaching. I believe that the most effective educators, and especially with regards to my own experiences, are individuals that are willing to approach each student within a realistic framework that suits the required demand. More so, equally and belief are the key, in my experience, to effective understanding and growth.
